A few months ago, we have launched the newly redesigned Sherpany Boardroom 3 App for iPad. The App has been successful among members who have started to use it frequently in their boardrooms shortly after its release.
Taking this into account, we organised a series of webinars during the month of April dedicated exclusively to Sherpany Boardroom members and admins. The aim of the webinars was twofold:
to present Sherpany Boardroom 3 to our users fully
to answer some of their most pressing questions
Users attended the webinars which were organised on specific dates, in the morning and at noon, both in English and in German depending on the session. All attendees had the opportunity to raise compelling questions directly to our CEO and presenter, Tobias Häckermann.

Q: Can I use other devices to access Sherpany Boardroom App?
A: Yes, you can access your Sherpany Boardroom via our iPad App, our Windows App or via the web on all recent browsers on any device.
Q: Can I use Sherpany Boardroom in another language?
A: The languages of the iPad App adjusts to the language set in your user settings. You can change the language in the web version of Sherpany Boardroom by clicking on your profile picture to access your user settings. You can choose from five different languages including German, English, French, Italian and Portuguese.
Q: How can I use Touch ID to log into Sherpany Boardroom?
A: Your iPad must support Touch ID (iPad Pro or iPad Air 2 or newer) and Touch ID must be enabled in the user settings (go to Touch ID & Code in the iPad user settings).
Q: Is there a place where I can take notes during the meeting and then store them for later reference?
A: You can take notes during the meeting with the annotation tools. There you can make notes directly on your current document, highlight important content or add 'sticky notes' with your notes.
Q: Can I upload my own documents to the Sherpany Boardroom?
A: With the additional function "Private Documents" all users can load their own documents into their personal library. This function is not included in the standard package of Sherpany Boardroom and must be requested.
Q: How can I change my password?
A: In order to change your password, please navigate to the Sherpany Boardroom login-page https://board.sherpany.com and click on “Forgot your Password?”. You can now enter your email address and within a short time you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
