Now the fully redesigned login page has the same new and fresh design you know from our Apps. By scrolling down on the login page you'll have an overview on all existing access options to Sherpany app.
The first big improvement is the option to re-use existing meeting documents in a new meeting. This is very useful to save time both to the admin and the members. Be aware that the annotations the user made on the former document will also be available on the new meeting document, BUT new annotations on the new document will not be "copied back" to the original document. Use this for repeating key documents, potentially on a project basis, an internal regulation or a new policy that is added in more than one meeting.
Further, a series of new features simplifies the work in the meeting section. Drag & Drop your meeting documents from the sidebar directly into the agenda. Use the bulk actions to select several meetings and assign attendees and viewers or to clone more than one meeting at once. For instance, imagine that a newly elected member shall have viewer-access to all past meetings to be updated on what happened in the past in the organisation. Simply select all the needed meetings and assign the new person as viewer - done. Same applies inside the meetings: Mark one or more items in your agenda and assign an agenda item type and a duration in one click only.
How to inform your members about newly published library documents? Use the notification in library. We listened to a series of customer requests and we developed a notification function in the library. Inform all your members or selected persons about new content in the library using an easy and well-tailored notification pop-up, easy-to-use as you know it from Sherpany.
