Everything your members need in one tool

Enhance your Boardroom by the Private Library feature - your members will definitely appreciate it! Thanks to this enhancement, your members will be able to upload any individual document independently to the Boardroom, either from an email or from Web directly. Some clicks only and the document already is in the Boardroom, can be annotated as usual and is at constant availability - fully independent of the device your member is using. Thanks to this ease in process, Meetings, the format of choice of leaders today, will again become more efficient and ideally supported by digitalisation. Each field of knowledge requires individual sources

Once activated, each member is going to have his/her own private library. In a well-constituted board, different know-how is needed - it may consist of specialists in diverse subjects as Law, Organisation Development, Finances, Engineering, Research, Sales and Management. Each specialist needs its own sources and documents in order to assure a good meeting preparation. Allow your members to have an individual storage inside the secure Boardroom Environment in order to have all needed documents at hand - and at the same time relieve your own workload!

Order and Overview thanks to individual labels

Each private library is independent and allows the creation of an individual list of labels for filtering. While legal professionals would work with "Circulars", "Laws", Policies", "Decisions", "Regulations", a CFO potentially rather uses labels like "Financial Reports", "Trimester Reports", "Financial reporting standards", "Market KPIs", "Benchmarks". Equal to the uploading of the documents, also the creation of labels is not an Admin's/Editor's task, but each member does take care individually and in full independence.
