In order to further enhance the service and usability towards both members and admins/editors, Sherpany introduced "Onboarding hints" and "What's New" screenshots in Web as well as in our Apps. The graphic "Onboarding Hints" allow new Admins and Editors to follow a mandatory step-by-step guide in order to understand how to set-up Sherpany, invite the Members and publish the first meetings. The "What's New" screens show new features and enhanced functionalities - those are optional and can be skipped.
Probably the most important index for measuring the success of the introduction of Sherpany is the acceptance by its users. Make sure that all users are individually introduced, either in person or by phone/webinar - professionally handled by your personal Customer Success Manager. Don't hesitate to get in touch to make sure every user has his/her individual training session.
Usually the last step in a successful Onboarding process is the physical presence of your Customer Success Manager during one of the first meetings using Sherpany. Besides doing a short demo of an App, it allows you to get Best Practice insights and to ask your questions and get answers from first hand.
