Sherpany has worked intensively on the development of the Boardroom app. The new web environment offers an attractive design and a user-friendly display that has been acclaimed at its first presentations. We are now gradually introducing it to our customers. Our users can expect many new features and benefits!
Thanks to the good feedback from our customers and various talks with users, we were able not only to selectively improve the web environment of the Sherpany Boardroom and introduce new features, but also remove unused functions and streamline the entire solution. The result is a new web environment built from scratch, which is more focused on the meetings and on the users, facilitating all aspects around the decision making process. Downwards, images of the new web environment are listed from the user's perspective.
On the left, all the meetings are listed chronologically. This way it becomes easier to switch between meetings, while previous and future meetings remain visible. The “search” button finds not only meetings, but also agenda items, documents and members. In the upper right of the navigation bar there is access to the other sections, including the personal profile.
The agenda, documents, start time and responsibilities are presented within each meeting. The documents, the agenda and the entire Board Book can be downloaded as PDF files.
In the Documents area, are displayed the official documents that do not belong to one specific meeting. You can easily find the document you are looking for using labels and other sorting options.
Through the “search” button in the middle upper screen area, you can search for meetings, agendas, documents, users, etc. All the relevant information can always be quickly and easily found.
Sherpany is looking forward to migrate your Boardroom to the new web environment and to, in the course of 2016, present you with the many enhancements we have been working on.
