At Sherpany, we believe every leader should have access to tools that support productive, inclusive, and effective meetings. Our mission to make every meeting count extends to everyone, including people with disabilities. We are committed to ensuring our meeting management software is accessible to all users, regardless of ability or assistive technology.

Our Commitment to Digital Accessibility

Sherpany is committed to providing a digital experience that meets the needs of all users. We aim to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, a globally recognised standard for accessible digital content.

We believe that accessibility is an ongoing journey and a shared responsibility. As such, we continuously strive to enhance the usability and accessibility of our software. 

Key Accessibility Features in Sherpany

We’ve designed our platform with accessibility in mind and are actively working to ensure:

  • Clear and consistent navigation for screen reader users
  • Keyboard-accessible functionality throughout the application
  • Sufficient colour contrast for readability
  • Text alternatives for meaningful non-text content
  • Responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
  • Support for users with cognitive and neurological disabilities through simple language and intuitive workflows

Continuous Improvement

Sherpany's product and development teams integrate accessibility considerations throughout our design and development process. We: 

  • Conduct accessibility audits using automated tools and manual testing
  • Prioritize accessibility fixes in our development roadmap
  • Engage with real users and accessibility experts to improve usability
  • Monitor updates to WCAG guidelines and best practices

Known limitations

While we work diligently to ensure an inclusive experience, some areas of our product may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. These may include:

  • Certain administrative views or third-party integrations
  • Complex drag-and-drop features that may require additional support

We are actively addressing these issues and welcome feedback from our users to guide improvements.
